thank you for helping and guiding us these two years for gp :)  u say that u r not very tech savvy but be that as it may, u still use videos, sls activities, have us analyse news articles online, which make lessons more interesting and current affairs easier to understand. thank u for putting ur heart and soul into teaching and going the extra mile to help ur students :) thank you for teaching me to look at things in a 80/20 perspective and not to throw the baby out with the bathwater and not to get myself onto a slippery slope⛷️. should i ever come up with strategies or solutions, i will keep in mind the 3As. no doubt, i will always be grateful to have u as my gp teacher😁 i hope u have the best teacher’s day and a good retirement ahead!!  if u ever decide to be a standup comedian i would go watch🙏🏼

 i love how you're so transparent when you teach the subject, and how you saturate us with knowledge from your own years of experience. i like how your sarcasm pierces through, showing what an out-going guy you are without your teacher-persona. im so grateful that you're the one to teach me GP. i really adore you outlooks on life, and your mature viewpoints that helped me understand the things i was being too close-minded about. i enjoy every discussion i have with you, and i enjoy eveyr story you tell us. thank you so so so much for putting in the effort that you do when it comes to GP. thank you for entertaining us and scolding us when necessary. thank you for your honesty about our work attitudes or about the truth of the world. 

i hope you always find a way to share your views and join in intellectual discussions, because i think anyone who gets to discuss things with you would be a very lucky person.  happiest teacher's day!!

thank you for the insightful, interesting and informative GP lessons 😁 in my opinion, the tips and strategies you provided us with are very helpful, especially the argumentation stances. 

in particular, your personal opinions and insights on some topics, especially euthanasia, were eye-opening and gave me a wider view of each issues. when you conducted the lesson on the indigenous people of australia, i took much enjoyment in that lesson as i had briefly read about the topic a few months back but did not have the time to read up about it!

while the jury is not out on whether i will do your teaching justice during the alevels, i am undoubtedly grateful for the gp skills you have imparted us with.

(i am proud to say that i have not yet thrown the baby out with the bath water and will remember not too 🙏)

Omg I honestly don’t know where to start, having you as my GP teacher has shaped the way I look at the world so much. Your knowledge and curiosity to learn more has t my passion for GP as well. I remember being terrified of GP at first cos I didn’t think I was “worldly” enough, but you showed me that it wasn’t that difficult to just start reading articles, newspapers and keeping up with things. The things that you share with us has really flipped my perspective on so many topics; from sports to politics to crime and punishment (which is hands-down my favourite, I’m sorry 😞). I’m so glad that we got you as our teacher for these 2 years, because you really bring a spark of joy to class everyday. Thank you for also being one of my biggest sources of support; listening to me and helping me when I was really struggling. I don’t think you would have realised it, but that talk we had in class in July, was kind of the lifeline for me, I was really struggling and I think I would have just gone downhill from there if not for you. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me, for the class, so I hope that whatever results we get and how far we progress with your advice and knowledge will show our gratitude.
