LETTER OF ACADEMIC PROGRESS

Dear Parents and Learner, 

 

Greetings of Hope and Love!

 

We would like to inform you that the second semester is about to end and we have noticed the unexpected progress of Jairame Tampus. The progress implies a possibility of retaining her in the same year level by the next school year 2021-2022. It is impossible to give her another chance to do and submit the needed requirements as soon as possible because the school year is about to end this month.

It is also important that we will give enough time for the learner to study her lessons and be able to meet the requirements. However, her condition as a young mom, and this pandemic, we regret to inform you that she will not be officially enrolled as a learner in Grade 12 STEM in SY 2020-2021 to minimize the expenses and other related concerns in the future. 

Therefore, the school intends to advise you and the learner to transfer her to another school and she will be given the needed documents of her enrollment in the future per request. That includes her form 137 with Grades in her 11th year with us in the SY 2018-2019.
