They seem to have a very strong military system and my gut tells me that if provoked, they would not hesitate to bring nuclear powers into the equation. If North Korea decides to attack South Korea, the United States would definitely step in to help our ally. If the United States were to step in, then other countries would step in until an all out war broke out.
