Today, was my first day of training, and it was such a wonderful day until I had to use the discipline wand.

The young boy I had to use it on had huge imploring eyes. He was trying to take someone elses comfort object home, and it was all because he had lost his in the toy section.

I was the one to get his comfort object from the section, and I wasn't allowed to give it back to him until the end of the day because he had lost it.

Today, was my second day of training. The kids were quiet at the begining of the day, but after snack they were throwing there comfort objects everywhere. I think it was because they had too many cookies for snack. As result of their behavor, they were put down for a nap without their comfort object.

My trainer said to me, 'The third day is always the best or it can be the worst.' That was some encouragement. I think. Anyway, it was a good day because the kids had fun, and I didn't have to use the discipline wand. Yep, it was a fantastic day.

Today, was just like any other day I had to deal with children sceaming and crying. I also had to use the discipline wand a few times, and the earplugs helped.

Today was not like most days. One of the kids, got sick, and threw up everywhere. I was stuck cleaning it up, and it was not fun. Yuck!!

This little boy has been sick for the past few days, and we are glad he is back with us. His friends were afraid he wasn't going to come back.

I guess I should say forget that last post because I got that group again, and it is the same kids. Well, I can't wait to see how this will turn out.

Yep. It didn't workout so good. Lets just say the room was destroyed. I'm starting to think they put all the bad kids in that group.

Today, I was given the group I will have permanently. My trainer wished me luck and went back to her group. I cannot wait what my future holds as being a Childcare Specialist.
