.To make my first PLC session more relavant to my own content, I would ask Teachers' experience, in which schools they teach. Private? State? Secondary? Primary? And how long they have been teaching, what kind of problems they face with.ı would ask them which skills they have difficulty in teaching.why? I would ask them whether they know what they need to know and how to handle .of course ı need to know teachers' timetables so that ı can plan plc in an appropriate time for most of them. I also need school manager's support to organise time and place.

Differentiating and using digital tools for speaking activities are the most relevant and enjoyable activities for my content. Because there are many ways-applications-tools which my students can use. For speaking activitis they record video , their voice or even prepare paper slides and send it to me. They feel secure when they record video or their voice because they try it again and again if they did not like it or they correct their own mistakes . and I listen their recordings whenever they send and I recieve because there is no time limit. this is also advantage for both of us. I design activities as pair and group works as well for my students in class.

Some of the major problems I face with while teaching speaking&listening are students' lack of vocabulary knowledge , lack of background knowledge , lack of interest, lack of using listening strategies, pace problems, pronounciation problems etc.But for me the most important one is LACK OF INTEREST.If the topic which my students are going to listen is not interesting enough for them , they do not want to listen or speak or join the activities even if they know enough vocabulary ,background knowledge or other things I mentioned above. Before planning our speaking or listening lessons we should ask our students' interests . By doing this we can choose more interesting and relevant content for them,

I 'd like to introduce SNACK WRITING to my friends at my school and other teachers from other districts, because most of us as teachers have difficulty in teaching writing to our students.Anyway they do not want to write as it is complex and too long. by this way I mean snack writing students will enjoy writing because it is simple and short. and teachers will like it as they do not have to read long texts. I think it will be fun.

I liked all of the PLCs my friends prepared. They are applicable to our own PLCs. Because of timing problem some tasks could not be held well. Some of the tasks still need adaptation. Sharing ideas fwould be better instead of introducing some web tools.
