Oh, how funny that a birthday message would require a food that reminds me of you ^^ ah, hyung my hotdog hyung, happy birthday. you know i never really got to think much more thoroughly why you're hotdog hyung besides that you're long like one and it's kind of a friend to the hamburger (since you call me that). But I'd like to think hot dogs, besides being long, taste good and they're usually an array of food mixed together— Which is sort of like you. a food that reminds me of you is lasagna! it has a lot of layers and seems pretty complex-- kind of like you! you may seem intimidating and hard on the outside, but when you cut into it, it's just a bunch of melty gooey cheese, also much like you! ㅋㅋㅋ and then again, who doesn't like lasagna? you're welcome to all social events, and honestly whenever somebody brings lasagna, it's the highlight of the whole party.

I know you’re not exactly short (笑) but somehow the dessert reminds me of your down-to-earth and gentle nature. It's the time of the year huh hyung? Finally your birthday. Time flies by.

민호 오빠 reminds me of dumplings and apple pie. you'd think, what kind of correlation is there. ha, i'll tell you! both of these dishes are pretty much dough with filling. can be seen as absolute comfort food. you see dumplings, you see apple pie - and you just want to stuff yourself. making them is easy, too. now, before i end up making this a recipe recital— ㅋㅋ

he's warm, he's easy to find, he's comforting, you just want to surround yourself with him. that's minho. just like dumplings or apple pie, you can't get enough of his presence. i have never met a person as kind as him before. he's there for you unconditionally, will listen and soothe your worries. even though i didn't get to spend a lot of time with him due to our busy schedules, i always knew i could rely and count on him. that all aside, he's not only a wonderful personality in real life, but on stage as well. his presence is astonishing. you see him, he's a puppy. then you see him on stage and he's this ethereal prince. so talented and powerful. all in one, you could say! ㅋㅋ

Happy Birthday to the most amazing sunbae of all time!

It took me a while to think of a kind of food you would be but after going through several different options I finally decided on a salmon avocado poke bowl! It's refreshing, delicious, always beautifully presented which means they're pleasing to the eyes and it always feels like you're treating yourself to something special when you get one.
Just like being around you makes everyone feel special. The way you treat the people close to you amazes me every time. It's impossible to talk to you without having the biggest smile on your face. You're so attentive and caring and well mannered and cheerful and supportive and just simply amazing in every single way. You brighten up everyone's life and you certainly became a role model to me because of that.

I hope you know this but I really want to become like you some day. Sometimes I still can't believe that I actually get the chance to talk to you and hang out with you like we sometimes do. I must've really done something right in my past life to be this lucky now!

I wish for you to get everything nice in this world because that's truly what you deserve.
