She may have fallen over, hit her head, and then bled out.
- someone could've poisoned her with what was in the syringe 
- She could've been hit in the head and fell, then bled out.
-Her sickle cell could've caused her to fall or she could've stopped breathing cause she couldn't get blood flow to her lungs. 
-Anna could've had a heart attack since she didn't have adequate blood flow
-stroke or heart attack
- blood pressure could've gotten way to high
