The 3rd amendment of the Bill of Rights prohibits the requirement for citizens to house soldiers during times of peace, nor during times of war. This amendment is inspired by the British governments' Quartering Acts, which allowed the British army to lodge soldiers in citizens' houses. This place, Fort Liberty (a military base), formerly Fort Bragg, relates to the 3rd amendment because the military base relates to soldiers.

The 7th Amendment expresses the right to a fair civil trial by jury. It was decided by the writers out of fear that the judges would unfairly side with the government and rule based off of that. They feared it would give the government too much power. This courthouse represents a place where jury takes place and state level rulings do as well.

The ninth amendment states that the rights of citizens not listed or denied in the constitution are allowed to be committed by civillians. It’s like a constitutional safety net. It was inspired by federalists as they thought that rights were and weren't listed in the Bill of Rights would be abused by the government and they violate rights that weren't listed. The elections office is an example of the 9th amendment because voting is neither described as a rule nor denied in the constitution.
