Overt observations - Is when an individuals is aware they’re being observed 
Naturalistic observations - Observing subjects in their natural environment
Participants observations - Is when the observant takes part whilst observing in the task  
Controlled observations - Controlled observation is a type of observational study where the conditions are contrived by the researcher
Structured observations - Structured observation is a data collecting method in which researchers gather data without direct involvement with the participants and the collection technique is structured in a well defined and procedural manner.

Step 5 - Recording the physical aspect, and the mental health aspect that is linked to sedentary behavior.
Step 6 - Ask for permission from the individuals to use the research 
Step 7 - Analyze the results
