         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Covert observations</strong> -  Is when an individuals is not aware that they’re being observed </div><div><strong>Overt observations</strong> - Is when an individuals is aware they’re being observed </div><div><strong>Naturalistic observations</strong> - Observing subjects in their natural environment</div><div><strong>Participants observations</strong> - Is when the observant takes part whilst observing in the task  </div><div><strong>Controlled observations</strong> - Controlled observation is a type of observational study where the conditions are contrived by the researcher<br><strong>Structured observations - </strong>Structured observation is a data collecting method in which researchers gather data without direct involvement with the participants and the collection technique is structured in a well defined and procedural manner.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Step 1 - Get the group of young people together <br>Step 2 - We will be observing young people socializing in the common room.<br>Step 3 - Make sure that you're observing the group in their natural environment<br>Step 4 - Observe covertly ( Is when an individuals is not aware that they’re being observed ) <br>Step 5 - Recording the physical aspect, and the mental health aspect that is linked to sedentary behavior.  <br>Step 6 - Ask for permission from the individuals to use the research <br>Step 7 - Analyze the results<br>Step 8 - See how the results support the thesis. </div>]]></description>
