Accessibility is also an important issue to put into consideration and well as the cost involved. The best options for the company will be Skype and Facebook. These are two virtual platforms that do not require much learning in order to use them and therefore no technical training is necessary. They are both convenient and they can be used at any time of the day. The team can easily use them from any place that they are. Facebook has become easily accessible and it is easy to use. 

However, for this the company will have to open a chat room and invite the participants, this will make it private and not everyone will be able to access it. Another benefit of using both Skype and Facebook is they are free. One only needs to have an internet connection and they are able to use the two platforms. The company can decide when they want to use Facebook or when they prefer to use skype. Skype will be a perfect forum for when team members need visual, that is when it is necessary to see each other. It is also crucial to note the disadvantage and that is their efficiency depends on the strength of the internet that is been used.
