I have received several complaints because of the money invested in transportation. With this report, I offer the explanation of why this happened and also some solutions that could reduce costs.
STAFF TRANSPORTATION
Since you offered the free service of transportation, almost all the personnel of sales department subscribed to the new plan and started using the service up to eighteen times per week.
Now, because of this issue, It is no recommended to cancel the plan because since it was applied, all personnel adopted a singular efficiency that helped the entire department to reduce significant costs.
HOW THIS COSTS CAN BE REDUCED
I have thinking of possible solutions for this specific issue, and I can conclude that the limitation of (number of) rides per person could work if we reduce the number of days of the availability of the service by three days.
That solution could deal with the personnel complaints and with the principal problem.
By the way, I want to apologize because the costs have gone up because of the department I belong, but let me mention that the proposed solution will solve the issue.
