*Lack of choice - when you can and can't see a doctor.
*You can only see a specialist if referred by doctor.
*You can't get the best treatment/avoid waiting lists unless you have money.
* We may not be given advice about alternative therapies if the doctor/consultant doesn't believe in them, ruling out potential treatment options.
*Can't see doctor at weekends.
*Vaccinations - they decide if they are available to us.

For example, if you visit your NHS doctor, they maybe more inclined to offer cheaper, limited treatment. However, if you seek private healthcare that you have to pay for, there maybe more varied treatment available, maybe more tests are done to actually find the root cause.
