         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.with technology development, many people today search news online, newspaper circulation has gone down and jobs cut in many companies . There is a crisis in newspaper industry, for they lost much income and audience. <br>2.revenue from advertising decrease. Up to now, many news corporations offer their content free online, but I think that is unsustainable, because there isn't enough advertising revenue online to pay for it. Companies tend to invest  in some new social media and popular websites like YouTube .</div>]]></description>

UGC also challenge the survival of professional journalists.<br>3.It also brings changes to the hierarchy in the journalistic field. Traditional press opens new branch to focus on digital news platform. It has its own management level, staffs and even its own culture, such as Philly.com and Philadelphia Daily News.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
