These subjects are often thought of to be to hard, or just for men, thus female teachers often feel intimidated.

STEM jobs will rise 17% in the next 10 years.  For people with a bachelors’ degree, STEM, contains the highest paid jobs. 60% of 21^st century jobs will require their workers to have some sort of STEM knowledge or skills. But it is estimated that only 20% of American’s will qualify for STEM jobs.

STEM, pushes one to think outside the box and to consider things you have not.
