         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Aqueducts were built from stone, brick, and a special volcanic cement "pozzuolana".<br>2. Aqueducts were mainly streams conducting of water downhill. <br>3. Roman aqueducts were helpful in many ways and an example would be helping to keep the romans healthy by carrying away wasted and used water. </div>]]></description>

The way there arches used to work was that the weight was supported both sides so it made it hold more weight and more sturdy.<br>3.
