She uses this metaphor to describe how she feels about anxiety and how with anxiety comes depression.<br><br>Tone of voice - In the beginning of the video, she was able to fluently talk and able to describe how she would explain her anxiety to her mom. Towards the end of the video though she becomes loud and can't control her emotions.<br><br>Body language - In the beginning of the video, we can see that she is calm and her body language shows that she isn't scared to describe her experience. But throughout the video she starts yelling more and waving her arms around as she describes her experiences.</div>]]></description>
