• Allah sent messengers to every nation to call to Tawhid.

• All prophets are truthful, trustworthy, and convey Allah’s full message.

• Rejecting one prophet = rejecting all.

• Prophet Muhammad special blessings: sent to all mankind & jinn, earth as place of prayer, war booty allowed, greatest intercession.

• Daily life lessons: gratitude, tolerance, repentance, simplicity, equality, moderation, patience, humility, accountability, kindness.

2. Belief in Qiyamah (Resurrection Day)

• Final Day: all will be resurrected and judged.

• Qur’an & Hadith confirm life after death and accountability.

• Daily life actions: do good deeds, avoid sins, prepare for Hereafter, be patient, live justly.

3. Belief in Qada’ & Qadr (Divine Decree)

• Everything happens by Allah’s will, knowledge, and wisdom.

• Humans have choice, but all within Allah’s decree.

• Daily life actions: trust Allah (tawakkul), patience in hardship, gratitude in ease, no arrogance in success, calmness in loss, balance effort + reliance.

Main idea: Believe in all prophets, prepare for Judgment Day, accept Allah’s decree with patience & gratitude.

• The world will end on al-Qiyamah (Last Day).

• All humans will be resurrected (al-Hashr) and judged by Allah.

• Everyone’s deeds will be presented:

  • The righteous → Paradise (eternal bliss).

  • The wicked → Hell (fire & punishment).

Significance of Belief in the Hereafter

1. All prophets taught this belief that rejecting it = disbelief (kufr).

2. Reminds humans to weigh the benefit and harm of every action → no act is meaningless.

Effects of Belief in the Last Day

1. Shows Allah’s power and perfect attributes.

2. Increases love of meeting Allah (greatest reward: seeing Allah in Paradise).

3. Builds fear of Allah’s accountability (nothing is hidden from Him).

4. Motivates good deeds (charity, worship, helping others).

5. Helps develop patience in hardship, hope, and resilience.

Main Idea:
Belief in the Hereafter gives life meaning, encourages good deeds, strengthens patience in trials, and prepares believers for the eternal meeting with Allah.

• Al-Qadar: Allah’s eternal knowledge and perfect plan before anything happens.

• Al-Qada’: Allah’s execution and judgment when things actually occur.

• Belief in Qada’ & Qadar means everything is by Allah’s knowledge, will, and creation, written in Al-Lauh al-Mahfuz (Preserved Tablet).

4 Components of Qada’ & Qadar

1. Knowledge : Allah knows everything (past, present, future, and what could have happened).

2. Writing : All is written in the Preserved Tablet.

3. Will : Nothing happens without Allah’s will.

4. Creation : Allah is the Creator of everything, including life and death.

Benefits of Belief in Qada’ & Qadar

• Brings peace of mind and reduces worry about past/future.

• Focuses you on present actions.

• Builds determination and reliance on Allah (tawakkul).

• Encourages humility, contentment, and patience.

• Removes jealousy, envy, and arrogance.

• Strengthens good character and manners.

Main Idea:
Belief in Qada’ & Qadar teaches Muslims that everything happens by Allah’s will and wisdom.

It gives peace, humility, reliance on Allah, and helps one face life’s challenges with patience and contentment.

• Islam guides Muslims on how to live and what happens after death.

• Ihsan means excellence or doing good beautifully.

• It is one of the three parts of religion: Islam (actions), Iman (faith), and Ihsan (spiritual excellence).

• A person with Ihsan worships Allah as if they see Him, and stays aware that Allah is always watching.

2. Definition of Ihsan

• Comes from the Arabic word hasuna – means goodness or beauty.

• Refers to doing every act sincerely and in the best way.

• Goes beyond justice (‘adl) — includes kindness, mercy, and perfection in actions.

3. Ihsan in the Qur’an and Hadith

• Surah al-Nahl (16:90): Allah commands justice and Ihsan by doing more than required.

• Surah al-Isra (17:23–24): Be kind to parents shows that its a form of Ihsan.

• Hadith of Jibril: Ihsan means worshipping Allah with full awareness of Him.

• Prophet’s saying: “Allah loves excellence in all things.”

4. Islamic Eschatology (Belief in the Afterlife)

• Belief in life after death is one of the six pillars of Iman.

• The world will end; all humans will be resurrected and judged.

• Righteous believers will acquire Paradise (Surah al-Nisa’, 4:57).

• Wrongdoers/disbelievers → Hellfire (Surah Ali ‘Imran, 3:10–12).

5. Relationship between Ihsan and Eschatology

• Ihsan makes a person conscious that Allah sees all deeds.

• This awareness encourages sincere worship and good behavior.

• People with Ihsan avoid sin and seek Allah’s pleasure.

• Those who live with Ihsan will be rewarded with Paradise in the Hereafter.

6. Conclusion

• Ihsan is the highest level of faith and moral excellence.

• It perfects one’s worship, manners, and relationships.

• Practicing Ihsan brings peace in this life and eternal success in the next.

• Comes from the Arabic root أدب (adaba) meaning to refine, educate, or discipline.

• Refers to good manners, morals, and proper behavior based on Islamic teachings.

• Includes habits, etiquettes, customs, and good conduct in speech and actions.

• Adab is not just a trait but it’s a process that can be learned and developed.

Ibnul Qayyim (RH) explained:

True adab in Islam is practicing good character which are reflecting the perfection of a person’s nature in both words and actions.

2. Adab vs Akhlaq

• Akhlaq means moral values or inner ethics (why).

• Adab means the outward practice of those morals (how).

• Akhlaq is the theory, while Adab is the action from the theory

Example: Akhlaq teaches that kindness is good, Adab shows kindness in speech and behavior.

3. Adab Toward Parents (Surah Maryam 19:41–50)

Based on Prophet Ibrahim A.S. and his father:

Verses 41–45

• Ibrahim A.S. addressed his father gently: “O my father…” which shows respect and love.

• He did not insult or call him names for his disbelief.

• He invited politely his father to think about the truth and avoid idol worship.

• He mentioned the knowledge given to him by Allah but did not boast or act superior.

• He warned his father with care and concern, fearing Allah’s punishment for him.

Verses 46–50

• His father rejected him harshly, threatened to stone him, and told him to leave.

• Ibrahim A.S. responded peacefully: “Peace be upon you, I will ask forgiveness for you.”

• He showed patience, humility, and forgiveness despite being mistreated.

• He distanced himself from idol worship but continued to make du’a for his father.

• Allah rewarded him with a righteous family (Prophets Ishaq and Ya‘qub) and high honor.

4. Lessons learned from the story

• Adab requires respectful communication, even when correcting the elders.

• Wisdom and gentleness are essential when guiding others toward truth.

• Patience and forgiveness show the beauty of Islamic manners.

• Allah blesses those who show good adab with better outcomes and honor.

COLLABORATION:

I have contributed in performing our roleplay video by taking part in explaining the "negative effects when we do not guard our speech".

Also, hoping for more fun activities or games during Usrah session so it will more convenience and develop a positive environment.

All in all , I feel very relieved when finishing all my task whether individual or group task. These teaches me on how to balance between the academic life and also gaining insightful Islamic matters to achive excellence not only in Dunya but also Akhirah.

I learned that Islam is a complete way of life, and that Allah’s commands are meant for our benefit. Every act of worship has wisdom behind it. For example, prayer helps develop focus and discipline, which is especially important for me as a student.

Another important lesson is that real change begins with sincere intention. Without correcting our niyyah, self-improvement becomes difficult.

I also came to understand the importance of improving my prayer. I now realise the truth behind my ustaz’s advice that improving our salah helps improve other areas of life.

Lastly, I learned that consistency is challenging, but Allah values our efforts. What matters most is striving sincerely, as small actions done with quality are better than many done without meaning.
