In order to protect the human rights, and human's rights are protected by constitution.<br>2. yes. we think that A programmatic document for opposing feudal autocracy and expounding the basic principles of bourgeois society.&nbsp;<br>3.The declaration of human rights indicates that the French bourgeoisie has replaced the feudal privilege marked by the monarch's personal will with bourgeois rights based on law. This is a fundamental change in the political and legal fields.<br>4. its' author has been reduced, because people born have the rights.(maybe) <br>5. I think the declaration of human rights has greatly influenced our contemporary understanding of human rights.
