In closing, share with students that listening actively and keeping an open mind to learn from different views will help them understand and sensitively deal with some of the tensions that may arise during discussions on contemporary issues. Encourage them to continue to think about how they can make responsible decisions to contribute positively and meaningfully to their community and society.
