         <description><![CDATA[<div>Clear introduction and aim to the trial, easily understood.&nbsp;<br><br>The trial included both short term( 5 hr per day for 2 days) and long term treatment options ( 5 weeks, 2 hr per week).&nbsp;<br><br>The conclusion includes recommendations for future trials.&nbsp;<br><br>Another strength of the RCT is the objectives are clearly displayed for the training program.&nbsp;<br><br>A strength includes the study is considered 'blind' as the nurses was randomly assigned to experimental one and experimental two.&nbsp;<br><br>The study was conducted within the last decade- up to date.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
