The conclusion includes recommendations for future trials. 

Another strength of the RCT is the objectives are clearly displayed for the training program. 

A strength includes the study is considered 'blind' as the nurses was randomly assigned to experimental one and experimental two. 

The study was conducted within the last decade- up to date.
