Most students of the University "Enrique Guzman y Valle" aren't prepared to face an avalanche, they don´t have clear signs and safety, most studies classrooms are in poor condition; which have some cracks, to faced with this situation those students are forced to organize with signs and promote the participation of drills.

2. The authorities of the University "Enrique Guzman y Valle" La Cantuta are forced to close one of the halls of the specialty English-Spanish because there are only 11 students which don't show interest in attending classes, also teachers of those students said that they always are late in classes, due to the lack of financial resources the authorities are forced to take drastic measures such as eliminating such promotion, so  students  are very concerned about that.

3. As we know the student's community practices is coming, which implies an economic spending by students, it is important to know the financial means with which the University has and will provide to the students as a means of support.
