Overall I think your argument is very strong and you have some good claims, and very nice warrants that clearly explain your reasoning, but I think you could have used more of a diverse vocabulary. For example, you had the word sidewalk 37 times in your editorial. Overall you did great!

I think this piece is amazing. First of all, I like how the story is realistic and everything made sense from beginning to end. It was very understandable (how Taka/Scar felt). Also, I liked how the story progressed. One thing you could have improved on was the word choice. I didn't see many advanced words in the piece. Overall, you did a very good job.

First off I loved this story It was very relatable and I felt like I was you. I really liked your voice in the characters and also how you added the clip in the begging and then you rewinded. I thought that these were great touches. I thought that everything was great but I wish you gave a little more detail about the colr of the mini bike and what your finger looked like.

Hey Matt! I really enjoyed your essay! Two things that I really enjoyed in your essay was your hook and how you used a really good statistic and your creative word choice! It really took your essay one step further. Next time, you could try to leave me thinking during your sum it up statements. Overall, you did a fantastic job writing your Research Simulation Essay!

Hey Matt! I loved your Research Simulation Essay. One thing I thought was excellent was the word choice. Words like "crafted" and "tolerated" are awesome words to use and to describe different things in your essay. I also liked your sentence fluency. The sentences all made perfect sense together and I liked how they flowed. One thing I would do is look over your piece again, as I found some careless errors such as the conclusion paragraph wasn't indented and on a new line and where it says "Mary Willingham, now called a UNC whistleblower states,..." I didn't find a quote after. Overall, your piece was awesome and I loved reading it!

While reading your essay I really enjoyed your hook, the fact shocked me and made me more interested in your piece. Another thing that stood out to me in your piece was your zinger the way you left off with a question giving the reader a choice was a great decision and left me thinking. One wish I have for your piece is in your second body paragraph where you include an intro to data but don't have any actual data, if you included data it would have made your piece more clear. Overall I really enjoyed reading your piece

Hi Matthew! I have just finished reading your piece and it was really good! My favorite part of the essay was your conclusion paragraph. The last sentence with the question and leaving the reader to make a choice of their own was really creative. It did leave me thinking and connected to the topic very well. I also thought you had some good word choice in the piece such as when you wrote "avidly'. That made it very descriptive. On your next essay you may want to elaborate on your warrants a little more because for me the conclusion paragraph clarified the warrants. With that being said, I thought you did a really good job!

Hey Matt I just finished your essay and I think that you did a really good job! One I really like was how passionate your intro was, it was very clear to reader that you cared about the topic which made the reader want to continue learning more about the topic. Another aspect of your piece that I liked was that your data was very simple and was clear to the reader. Because of it's simplicity you maintained the reader's interest. One thing I thought you could work on was varying your into to data a little more because right before the data your said "states" for all of them. If you vary them you will just ensure that you aren't getting lazy but overall you did a great job!

Hey Matt! I really liked your essay, it was really good! One of my favorite parts of your essay was the word choice that you used. You impressed me with some of the words here and there. It made it strong and pushed it to become really descriptive. Another one of my favorite things in your essay was your ending. I loved how you asked the question, it really did leave me thinking. I haven't seen too many people using questions as their zinger this year. It was a really good choice! One thing you could improve on was just looking over your piece one more time. I noticed a few small mistakes such as not indenting your conclusion. It was overall a really great piece and was really great!
