1.Affiliation

As far as affiliation goes, Samsung provides a suitable work environment and the employees seem to be content with working with one another. For the example ,in Samsung there are no offices or enclosed cubicles (or if there are, the doors are open), so employees can speak freely with one another. These environments usually have a common break room, and team-building events to inspire cooperation and mutual appreciation.

2.Set a good Example

For example ,samsung motivate employees to praise each other , hone positive communication skills and value contributions by clearly reflecting these priorities. This will foster a sense of trust, creating an effective ,open space for good two-way communication. Staff members know when they are valued as individuals and are then more motivated to achieve .

3.Promotion

To motivate the employee is by increase their bonus and commissions to the hardworking workers in selling their product.
Relationship between motivation and controlling

This assignment focuses on techniques and procedures for
the controlling management function. Control can be defined
as preventive monitoring. To coordinate operations and make
sure things run smoothly, managers must keep an eye on
potential problems to prevent or avoid them. Overall, the
purposes of management control are crisis prevention,
standardizing outputs, appraisal of employee performance,
updating plans, and protecting the organization’s assets. (Salas and Canon-Bowers , 2001 )

Management control regards all efforts by management to assure that employees’ motivation is aligned with the organizational goals ( Flamholtz et al., 1985 ). For instance, workflows, yearly appraisal interviews, pay-for- performance systems and monitoring can be considered to be management control elements, but also ‘soft’ instruments such as the exemplary behaviour of managers, the work climate of an organization and its ‘tone-at- the-top’ can be management control elements.

Management control elements are used to motivate employees. Motivation refers to being "moved to do something" (Ryan and Deci, 2000a, p.54), and researchers also agree that not only the "level" of motivation may vary per person, but also the direction of the motivation, as an example its orientation may differ (Kunz and Pfaff,2002). Someone's motivation can for instance be directed at oneself or at others, and some authors even talk about specific motivations for activities, such as work and daily activities (Gagne et al., 2010) or sports (Pelletier et al., 1995).
