I think that all different ethnicities have things they should be proud of and also be ashamed of and that includes white americans. Right now I am working as a dental assistant and it has played a big role in my culture and shaping me into who I am today. I work in pediatrics and get to spend my days with young children. I feel blessed to be a part of the medical field and have always loved to help people. Yoga is my release, it helps me mentally and physically and I absolutely love it. Especially hot yoga, something about connecting your heart and body together while being surround by other people doing the same thing is so rejuvenating. I love the atmosphere and I love the kind people you add to your culture through the classes you go to.
