We need to become a 'green' school. To get here we all need to have high standards, staff and pupils, more consistency, stronger discipline, we need to be strict, stop making excuses for pupils and staff, we all need to meet deadlines. Often we expect low standards from certain pupils so we accept them. Pupils must take responsibility for their own grades - staff can only do so much. Everybody has the right to fail.
