So to give our company the edge we need to be the best in every sector. So we need to have the best looking and most professional looking display so we need to use someone with good graphic design and good merchandising skills. We also need to be the most friendly looking and easygoing stall and to do this we need to provide the best customer service possible by engaging with customers and providing them with samples. Competitors are also our main risk but if we can stay on top of them then we will be the best. Other risks include failing hygiene tests and not staying in the law.
