From the day I started I loved the sport 

The way it made me feel 

I can’t wait to get back on the court 

When I do i'm gonna have a meal 

From headgear to shoes 

To blood and sweat 

I'm fine with getting black and blues 

My next opponent ain't a threat 

You have helped me with my grades I have to admit

Without you i don't know where i would be  

But you know i won't quit 

I am the lock and you are the key

I get excited when i get on the mat

I feel power when i get out there 

I have to get his back flat 

I pinned him it was all fair 

Im as confident as kobe bryant 

Im as Relaxed as i can be

 In the match i feel like a giant 

It makes me feel like me 

Practice is a warzone

Everyone is battling each other 

Bodys being thrown 

But we’re still brothers 

Boom as i slammed the kid on the ground   

Nothing was going to stop me from winning that match

He didn’t even make it through the round

My headgear still attached  

All i can say is i love you dearly 

Can’t wait to see you tomorrow
