I really enjoyed watching this movie and I loved how it resembled a school community. Ron Clark was a teacher who taught in North Carolina and decided to move to NYC to help underprivileged kids. He created a set of classroom rules and the one that stood out the most to me was "In this classroom we are a family." I really thought that this brought his class together. Even at first they didn't like him and thought this rule was dumb, after they saw how much Ron cared for them and how fun he made his teaching they started to trust him more. Throughout the whole movie, Ron continuously found ways to bring his class together as one family. Because they came together as a community, they all worked hard together and tried as best as they could to perform well during the state tests and achieved the outcome that they wanted.
