She feels that it is what it is. It is hard to live and she has her whole life in a mess right now. So she probably feels like not coming back, deep down inside. Her parents and her brother are already dead and she has to choose to comeback. She is thinking through  her whole decision, is life really worth coming back?, is there anything left? There are a couple things that make her want to come back. Such as, her grandparents, her best friend, Kim and her boyfriend, Adam. In this quote from Mia she is referring to herself.
