         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>The truths behind the inner workings of the banks</p></li><li><p>Side effects of the lifes of the employees. </p></li><li><p>The bank forced employees to meet account creation demands in order to receive bonuses, this incentive went from low-level employees to higher-ups.</p></li><li><p>Management made employees mess around with account terms in order to make them automatically charge money to the customer.</p></li><li><p>If employees ever voiced any issues to their managers they would be inadvertently fired sometime later.</p></li><li><p>Subsequent guidelines were put in place to keep employees from reviewing each other's work, making it harder to spot fraudulent practices.</p></li><li><p>Employees had to achieve their daily goals by opening 8 accounts. After calculations, there weren’t enough people in town without an account already, so employees had to open multiple accounts per person, even kids and animals, to be able to achieve their goals. </p></li><li><p>Customers trusted their money to the bank and employees. They were betrayed. </p></li><li><p>The bank hired people without any experience in banking. They hired Kilian (an employee) just for his smile and good attitude. </p></li><li><p>The CEO was seen as the perfect guy by the audience when the truth was that he had messed up with people's money and ended many people's careers. </p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
