do producers typically have pre-written language to drop into the chat for troubleshooting issues (typical audio, video, etc. issues)? (so that typing in instructions into the chat doesn't take too long/distract from the remaining participants?)

Earlier it was mentioned a common issue is being double muted. How do you resolve that?

Using the direct chat function was helpful

Great reminder to both say & write instructions. It's easy to forget that we have multilingual colleagues who are calling in during all hours all over the world & that written instructions could be easier to process.
