         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that countries with better developed health care and better economies will have higher life expectancies than countries with less developed health care and worse economies. And countries with a high birthrate will have a higher dependency load than countries with a low birth rate because there are more kids who can't work. Poorer countries might have a high birthrate because they rely on children to help with labor compared to a wealthy country with a lower birth rate where raising a kid is more expensive and some families want fewer or no children.</p>]]></description>
