The gap analysis will allow us to ask what, where, when, when, who and how actions will close the gaps within an enterprise.

Gap analysis allows us to know where we are and where we want to be.

This is a process that starts by knowing the current and actual performance of a facility and then comparing the results with the desired performance 

This process can be analyzed as a whole or at the level of the different processes of a facility.

After an analysis, it is possible to find results that exceed expectations; if so, the objective is to focus on finding success factors.

About the results in a needs analysis we must:

Determine what we wish to obtain by achieving an improvement program which should be linked to a specific objective of the organization.

Regardless of the method of data collection, the results should lead to an understanding of how important each competency is to achieving the objectives.

Determine what needs to be improved in the classroom and with what facility giving rise to the possibility of using other guides, new materials, etc.

Prioritize the needs to be trained

Apply the necessary training and learning programs to optimize time and resources.

Find methodologies that are well structured to know how to communicate and teach in the best possible way
