This raises even more suspicions on the Soviets' intentions to Germany. By putting the Berlin blockade and not have mutual co-operation, this could inflict repercussions onto the people of East Germany, which has a much bigger scale and size than the Allies actions

USSR actions had a greater impact compared to the US and are more to blame for intensifying the Cold War in Europe. Actions such as Stalin isolating West Berlin, as well as responding to the introduction of the NATO with their own military alliance, the Warsaw Pact. These actions had a great impact in contributing to the amount of mistrust and misunderstanding between the countries. Hence, the USSR has a bigger impact on starting the coldwar and therefore is more to blame for intensifying the cold war in Europe.

While the Soviets were only intentional to defend their own territory through the Eastern Europe states, US rolled out many policies such as the Marshall Plan and created alliances such as NATO to continually gain control of more nations in Europe, thus intensifying the Cold War and forcing a response upon the Soviets.

Hence buying over influence easily and encroaching on the world more. It is not the USSR who wants land its clearly the US. After this ploy they claim they are only fighting the USSR. Take for example the missiles in Turkey they say its for fighting off communism but it could also be as easily turned around and fired at others. Their influence stretches deep beneath the pores of europe and into the very soul of it. Now people prefer coca cola instead of a refreshing sip of sparking kvas.

Considering the action taken by the USA during the post-war and the beginning of the cold war, I believe that the USA is more to blame for intensifying the Cold War in Europe. After World War 2, the USA introduced the Marshall Plan in a bid to assist and rebuild Europe. However, on hindsight, this was to coheres the countries which took the plan into the American alliance systems, NATO. The creation of which was to deter an attack by the USSR. However, these actions were highly provocative, as seen from the perspective of the USSR. Therefore, it is highly understandable for the USSR to take similar action to defend itself. Ultimately, as the USA were the first to take hostile actions; therefore, they hold more of the blame for intensifying the Cold War in Europe.
