         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some alternative ways of questioning students instead of using hands up.<br>Some ideas for using games and quizzes to make lessons more engaging. <br><strong>Action 1</strong> - use a variety of questioning techniques to ensure that students have fully understood, before moving on. Therefore students are able to move forward within the lesson and topic.<br><strong>Action 2</strong> - Use more gaming or quizzing tools to engage learners. By making my lessons more 'fun' this will hopefully lead to increased attendance.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
