Merkmale: Die Taschenklappen sind halbmondförmig. Die Taschenklappen sind dazu sehr dünn, aber haben trotzdem viel kraft durch ihre intelligente Art. Sie über klappen sich und sie sind so aufgebaut das das Blut nur in eine Richtung fliessen  kann und der Rückfluss nicht möglich ist

2. Segelklappen
Merkmale: Die Segelklappen sehen aus wie lange Fäden der wie im Name stehet Segel von einem Schiff. Sie haben auch die Aufgabe den Rückfluss des Blut aufzuhalten so das Der Blutkreislauf nur in eine Richtung verläuft. Sie sind im Gegensatz zu den Taschenklappen um einiges grösser.

Durch Sport. Beim Sport benötigen unsere Muskeln mehr Sauerstoff, um dies zu kompensieren produziert unser Körper mehr Rote Blutkörperchen die, dann mehr Sauerstoff in die Muskeln befördern können.

2. Wenn man in die Berge geht. Um so höher man geht umso dünner wird die Luft. Damit meint man dies nicht Prozentual sondern die Atomteilchen haben mehr Raum um sich zu bewegen. Das heisst wenn wir Luft einatmen haben wir weniger Sauerstoff eingeatmet. Daher haben wir wieder das gleiche Problem wie oben und der Körper muss mehr Rote Blutkörperchen produzieren um dies wieder zu kompensieren.

3. (unnatürliche Weg)
Eigenblut Doping. Dies machen Sportler um die höchste Leistung zu bekommen dies ist aber illegal. Dabei zapft man sich Blut ab wenn man auf vielen Meter über dem Meer ist (Berg) dort hat man viele Rote Blutkörperchen. Dieses Blut führt man sich dann kurz vor dem Rennen ein, damit man wieder die viele Rote Blutkörperchen hat da der Körper die nach paar Tagen wieder Abbaut.

Wer neigt dazu:
Generell ist die Gefahr einer Thrombose immer dann besonders hoch, wenn sich das Blut in den Beinen staut. Dies betrifft vor allem bettlägerige Patienten oder Menschen mit einem Druck- oder Gipsverband. Auch Lähmungen mit Ausfall der sogenannten Wadenmuskelpumpe können die Entstehung einer Thrombose begünstigen.
