This is one of the solution because drug interdiction is reduces the supply of drugs. If the demand for drugs is inelastic, then the total amount paid of drugs users rises, even as the amount of drug users fall. By contrast,drug education reduces the demand for drugs. This is important because choosing the right mix of instruments to control the sale of illegal drugs and reduce their use presents complex policy problems: there are many different line attacks. To many, it seems obvious that reducing the supply of drugs offers an important way to control the drug problem. If there were no drugs to use, there would be no problem.     - Research the sociological factors that contribute to habitual, addictive, and destructive drug use, such as poverty, poor mental health, sexual or other physical abuse, and lack of education or medical treatment.

 b.) Why does the policy best deal with the problem?
    - You're gonna have to research about the facts of taking drugs and what it does to your body.

 c.) What are the advantages of the policy?
    - The people that are thinking about using drugs are going to find out what drugs do to their bodies.

 d.) Why, in the opinion of the group, your policy does not violate  your federal and state constitution. Use the Constitutional Opinion Form that is attached.

Our proposed policy does not interfere with a person's freedom because it's just spreading awareness to the community how harmful drugs are. 

2. Our proposed policy doesn't violent this limit on the power of government because when we have a better understanding of ourselves, we are able to experience ourselves as unique and separate individuals. We are then empowered to make changes and to build on our areas of strength as well as identify areas, our control where we would like to make improvements by being aware,doing our own responsibilities and advocacy.

3. Our proposed policy does not violate the constitution because it does not take a persons life.

4. Our proposed policy doesn't invade peoples home because government are not required to walk in house to house to spread drug awareness.
