In a diabetic coma the symptoms are; Tiredness, Abdominal pain, Shortness of breath, Increased urination, Weak pulse, Drowsiness, Walking unsteadily, dry mouth and lastly Increased thirst which explains the orange juice we found in her hand on the scene of the crime. Another symptom is nausea which explains the vomit found on the crime scene to.  When you go into a diabetic coma you become unconscious and unable to respond to your environment which explains when she lost consciousness she fell to the ground. When she fell she hit her head which explains the head injury. Since she was alone and unconscious and alone for a while with no one to help her or call for help she must have been her diabetic coma for a while before someone found her and if a diabetic coma is left untreated it can be led to death.Alex probably found her which explains his fingerprint found on the crime scene but by the time he came
