So, When we were presented with this project, my brain immediately went to doing my something for my love of nature. The leaves incorporate that nature, while the body reflects who I am. I think I connected to the thought because I could relate to it with my mental being and how one little thought could spiral into so many different ideas. I loved the idea of looking through a doorway and seeing a bunch of staircases, so that's what I set out to do with my project.

project, I actually struggled in the beginning with finding what I really liked and what I wanted to construct. I did a couple that I just trashed because I didn’t find that I had an interest in making it. I then found some more holistic themed projects like the woven basket look or the leaf.
