·       Wind the bobbin:

-          Thread the bobbin, first, you need to hold the and of the thread through the hold of the bobbin and put the end of that thread/.

-          Next, put your bobbin on the bobbin winder and lock it

-          After that, press the foot pedal to start filling up the bobbin

-          Finally, when the bobbin is filled, cut the thred and remove the bobbin from the winder

·       Thread bunching:

-          First, we need to raise the needle to the highest position by turning the handwheel counterclockwise.

-          Next, we level on the back of the machine up to raise the presser foot

-          After that, raise the take up lever rethread the machine

-          And finally, confirm we have the right tension on the upper thread. If your problem caused by upper thread, check your bobbin and rewide it. Then you just need cut this thread bunching part.

seven, Don’t just wait for feedback to come to you, request it from a variety of sources – from your line manager but also from colleagues, clients and people who you supervise. Listen to what they have to say and act accordingly.

finally, Build informal relationships with the people who are working around you. Make a point of greeting people who you normally don’t speak to. Ask them about their interests and make it a goal to practise small talk with them. Listen to what they say and remember so that you can ask about a particular interest the next time you meet.
