It's mean that they can't  challenge the authority. They have a lot of respect to the authority.
They have a collectivism culture people belong to ‘in groups’ that take care of them in exchange for loyalty. They don't think only in one person, they think as a group.
They only have 56 percent of masculinity. It shows that femininity culture isn't a minority, but the most people are direct and competitive.
The last think is that they have long term orientation. They think in the future and plan for actions in the future.
I don't know that India culture has those characteristics. I think they have a good culture because they think as a group and planning to the future, also is amazing that femininity culture reach 44 percent. They have a good balance in their culture.

And finally It is a country with a positive orientation, people believe that the truth depends a lot on the situation, the context and the time. Demonstrate an ability to easily adapt traditions to changing conditions.

Chile is a country with high power distance. It means that the country deals with problems related to make all individuals in societies equal.
In this scenario, Chile is not an individualistic country. They often work together and think about their community members. As individualism, masculinity is lower than a half in Chile. So, I means that the society is not always being defined by competition. Societies like Chile show a strong need for rules and elaborate legal systems in order to structure life. But it's not only a problem in Chile, but in most of Latin America. Actually, Chile has a very low long term orientation, it's a result of failing with the preserve of most important traits of chilean culture.
