Sales are down now so increasing sales is our goal.Steady income….In the case of the MM, we need to make the place more inviting. Inside and outside. Starting dine-in and getting people to come inside for lunch break. Each business has different needs. We don't have to worry about rent yet, but others do.FabiolaAccess to commercial space. Rent going higher and higher. Also a huge hub or landback/racial justice. Owning spaces would help solve that. Doing the same thing over and over again is not feasible. Ownership would allow for more creativity and flexibility.</div><div><br></div><div>From 1000 Layer/Nusa - no major changes in business model (have a commissary kitchen to do catering, online orders, pickups/deliveries), except the focus will be on individual customers instead of corporate accounts, for the short term, while businesses are reopening/pivot, wait &amp; see the long term effects of foods habits after pandemic. I agree that many food businesses are sharing and focus on delivery</div>]]></description>
