         <description><![CDATA[<p>Invented by Sir John in 1842 it was used as a easier and more cheaper way to produce photograms then silver based methods. When ferric ammonium oxalate is mixed with potassium ferricyanide it becomes sensitive to UV Light it can be painted on a piece of paper or fabric and be left to dry in a dark room when ready items can be arranged and left out into the sun for a while when done remove and wash with water and your left with a nice blue background and white outlines of your object.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It was invented by Kodak in 1972 polyester film base, onto which multiple emulsions are coated. Each layer is only sensitive to a certain color of visible light. After exposed to temputures as high as 100 F the film is developed in a "color developer". The developing ingredient is a <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P-Phenylenediamine">paraphenylene diamine</a>-based chemical. Finished with bleach, fixer and a rinse. It was used because of the color it gave photos.</p>]]></description>

Wet plate negatives,&nbsp;invented by Frederick Scoff Archer in 1851, were in use from the early 1850s until the 1880s.&nbsp; Using glass and not paper as a foundation, allowed for a sharper, more stable and detailed negative, and several prints could be produced from one negative.</p>]]></description>
