This southwestern suburb of Chicago was a middle-class neighborhood. In this neighborhood families have income from 50k-60k. Prosperity has allowed my family to live in a nice house and has allowed my family to have a decent amount of income.

Both of my parents are immigrants and immigrated from Mexico to the US. They came here without anything they both had to deal with poverty. My parents had to go through many challenges so that I could grow up in a prosperity community. I was able to grow up in a stable home with my whole family and was able to go to a good school district. While going to those schools they were in the upper middle class. I sometimes would compare myself to people who were in prosperity with what they would wear or the types of supplies they would use. The technology that I use on a normal day would be a phone, air pods, a computer, and television. Technology has made an impact on our lives, especially when the pandemic hit. Technology may be good but it has its negative sides. With Technology we can do almost everything from home, we can workout, work, do school, shop, watch a movie, grocery shop, and many more all from home. But technology can affect your eyes, your emotions, your sleep schedule, and your mental health. New generations are going to grow up with technology and will not experience many things that the older generations experienced. Technology can be seen as the good person or the bad person.

I am proud of every single aspect of my culture, it is perfect just the way it is. I would probably change the way people see my culture but I wouldn't make a slight change to my culture. On the other hand maybe other generations later on might think differently. Other generations might not even like their own culture or might try to hide it.
