But the coaches had something else in mind for me...They put me in as the libero. I was scared because that position requires fast, but also precise, movements. I was worried i'd mess everything up and ruin the score. The first few games I really struggled, but it got better with the season. I ended up doing really well, and getting those good saves.

It hurt and affected me. It was a huge struggle and it just brought me down. I was so sad because i barely had many close friends and i was about to lose one. I spent most of the time after she stopped bullying me in fifth grade, just absolutely hating her. We kind of made up a bit towards the end of the year, and as more time passed we became somewhat friends again. After all of that we just really dropped the "tea" and to this day we are friends again.

I never really felt the feeling to play, but i decided to try anyways. I've never even played basketball before so this was a big first. I made the team, and the first two practices were great... then in the last 30 minutes of the third practice, I broke my finger. I was out for 3 weeks and wasn't able to do any upper body exercises that included my hands. I had to sit on the sidelines just watching everyone have a great time. The time went by kind of fast, and i gained the job of being A team's videographer, i got to go to the Collin county tournament, and even went to chick-fil-a with everyone. I got better and was able to play, and i played Wednesday night with the eighth graders. I did good, and I got compliments from the team and coach.
