I mean-has the board ever voted NO for a person receiving the PD money? I get that board needs to approve--but cant there be written in a budget for X-number of teachers to attend an after school per year... and use those dollars until they are gone... and THEN--go to board again with another lump sum? I've been an administrator--I get that we need to be held accountable for dollars--but there HAS to be a win-win solution.
