We are not perfect. We may make mistakes. We will miss things but we are doing our best.

We have your child’s best interests at heart and work tirelessly everyday to do our best by each child in our busy classrooms.

We teach the curriculum, we meet the children where they are at, we deal with different dynamics, we support, we build relationships and provide a safe place for children to learn and thrive. We model and encourage kindness, compassion and respect to all.

It is inevitable that issues will arise from time to time and we acknowledge this may evoke different emotions within parents. We understand a parents love and desire to protect their child and advocate for them. We also understand how parents can model important values to their children.

We welcome any concerns parents may have and will always provide a listening ear and a willingness to help and support you and your child. We acknowledge that the feelings attached to these concerns are valid and ok but that certain reactions and responses driven by these feelings are not.

We must insist that any issues or concerns are brought to the attention of the teacher in an appropriate and respectful manner always being mindful of what we are modeling to our children.

Appointments must be made and teachers must be spoken to in a calm and fair manner. We are all on the same team and can work collaboratively to resolve any issues that may arise.
