And tried to kill him he lost friends and family and as the story progressed on it didn't get any better as his friend Sasha was shot and killed he then had to kill people to save his friends then was killed him self. The text explained how one of the rafts and the party found a way to get to the riverbank but Percy's didn't. It also says that the current tossed the raft over the edge of a 20-foot waterfall, the men were thrown from the raft but not one passed away but they lost all of their gear.
