The lady in the video talked about how many students study is to cram for a test. And when they cram, they aren't storing information as successfully for future retrieval. Therefore, right after the test, they forget what they studied. Some strategies to help kids remember are having them explain a concept to a peer or connecting an image or sense with a topic.
