2. Prompting them to illicit their own solutions

3. Be more comfortable with silence --> BUT IT IS OK to paraphrase to fill the silence

4. Ask them if they are ready to move on to the next 'topic'

1. Had a good flow in the conversation

2. Rephrasing of questions when client looks 'confused'

1. Ask less 'abstract' questions

2. If client mentions things they did differently, those can be 'solutions' but also ok to explore other 'solutions' that they have not tried before
